Foundation of the Party
March 15, 2006
A coalition of progressive activists, academics, and community leaders came together to form the Progressive Vision Party.
First Major Electoral Success
November 2, 2010
Won 28 seats in parliamentary elections, establishing ourselves as a serious political force and bringing progressive issues to the national stage.
Coalition Government Participation
January 20, 2015
Became part of the coalition government, implementing key social reforms including healthcare expansion and environmental protection measures.
National Expansion & Growth
December 31, 2020
Expanded presence to all states, becoming the second largest party nationally with over 2 million registered members.
