Mathur Ibrahim, who had been serving as Trade Union State Secretary in MJK, had continued to act in ways that harmed party discipline and had maintained contact with a person who was under disciplinary action. Therefore, with the approval of President M. Thameemun Ansari, he is suspended for one year from all responsibilities, including basic membership of the party.

Therefore, party members are instructed not to maintain any administrative contact with him.

Pallavaram Shafi, who had been serving as State Secretary in MJK, had continued to act in ways that harmed party discipline and had acted in a manner that created group conflicts in the Chennai zonal administration. The review committee examined the complaints received in this regard.

Since he rejected the advice placed before him by the review committee, with the approval of President M. Thameemun Ansari, he is suspended for one year from all responsibilities, including basic membership of the party.

Therefore, party members are instructed not to maintain any administrative contact with him.
